Plaintiff was riding his bicycle in the bike lane when 16-year-old violated his right of way. Plaitniff suffered an avulsion fracture that required surgery to his ankle. Defendant’s highest offer was $50,000.00 pre-trial. Plaintiff tried the case and was awarded a verdict of $219,157.21
