Auto Accident

Plaintiff was driving a pick-up truck on the highway when rear-ended at 110 mph by a drunk driver. Slip and Fall

Plaintiff suffered a knee injury after slipping and falling when coming out of the restroom at Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) also YUM Foods Inc. Plaintiff required surgery to her knee to repair a meniscal tear.
